The 4' RMS Puffed Heart is a modern classic. It is hollow, lightweight and uses an expandable plastic framework that collapses for storage in a drawer or large envelope. There is enough volume inside the assembled heart to safely hang a light bulb. You will get glowing results and glowing reviews! Use 312 round, 5" balloons for normal assembly. You might try constructing the heart more securely and more quickly by using Link-O-Loon balloons.
