The NABAS elections are now upon us so it is time to think about who you want to have on your NABAS Management Committee for the year ahead. BEZonline's very own Jodie Norris is re-standing, so why not find out what Jodie has to say and how she can make your vote count!

As many of you know I have been involved in the Industry for 15 years now and I am still as passionate today as the day I first held a balloon. From that day I have been immersed in an amazing industry, which thrives on creativity, pushes us to challenge our abilities and rewards us with customer satisfaction ‘a Smile’.

During this time I have run my own successful business, gained my C & G 7306 FE teachers certificate and Cert Ed & PGCE by University of Greenwich, become an industry approved trainer worldwide, educational training programme organiser for many events, to currently running Bezonline with Dee which was started to again help support the balloon and party industry. To continue the support I was delighted to accept the position on the NABAS Committee a few years ago, with the role of Education and have been working extremely hard with the great committee we have to bring growth, quality, and a voice for the membership.

It has been my personal challenge and pleasure over the past few years to be on the committee and assist in building the education and improve on the quality of training NABAS can offer, this will be a project that if I am voted to continue I will endeavour to see further expansion through projects that are now in place and for which I would like to head up for the membership. Looking at ways to tackle the changes in our industry, Supporting businesses in these changing times, passing on my skills and knowledge but most importantly listening to the members who put us here and act upon your behalf to make the industry better in both public perception and quality of service.

After supporting this industry for many years I would like to be fortunate enough in your return support for me by allowing me to complete the projects started by simply voting to keep me on your committee.
