What qualifications do you have which have help you to producing these products?
Answer
I am a qualified engineer and also have my CBA as well 20 years experience working with balloons, I feel that is good start.

Do you accept comments and suggestions from balloon professionals?
Answer
Yes very much so, we encourage them. We welcome any constructive comment on ways in which we can make products even better in the future. We also welcome all suggestions on ideas for new products our customers would like to see. If enough people are asking for a new product to help a particular task then we will be happy to look into it.


Question
What do you feel is your best product?
Answer
That is a hard question to answer as it depends on the job in hand. For example, I love the way the Base System is so versatile. On one job it could be used in a pillar or arch design and on another job it becomes your most valuable piece of equipment for doing a balloon release.

We then have the portable Balloon Station, I have back problems, and so not having to lift heavy gas cylinders out of a vehicle is important and also prevents any injuries. Important factors for the self employed!

Bezonline reaches across the globe; how far across the globe do you cover?
Answer
As it stands today we will ship to anywhere in the world. Over the coming years we will be establishing distributors in other countries to make purchasing products easier.

Is there anything else which you would like to add?
Answer
Only that we hope to have many years helping balloon professionals and I hope to see a few faces at the NABAS Show in November. We shall also be providing, with the help of Bezonline, more in depth information on all our existing product and on any new products that become available.
