| A one-day seminar featuring Peggy Williams, CBA, hosted by the Central Oklahoma Qualatex Balloon Network, and sponsored by Qualatex and Premium Balloon Accessories.
The morning will begin with coffee and donuts and Peggy will teach some new designs for holiday centerpieces, then lunch will be served and Peggy will give new ideas for designs just in time for all those summer weddings.
