The third Qualatex Event to be held in France will take place on the outskirts of the city of Lyon at Valpre, a meeting place for congresses and conferences, set in 12 acres of wooded parkland and with excellent accommodation for delegates.

The ABC team are looking forward to welcoming delegates from all over Europe to what is expected to be their best event so far for three days of intense training in balloon entertaining and decorating. There will be a gala dinner, a shop full of the latest products, and teachers from all over the world.
